Top 5 Holiday Beauty Must Haves

It is almost Christmas!  My favorite thing to do during the holidays is window shop.  While I love buying gifts, more than half the fun is seeing the creativity of all my favorite beauty and makeup lines.  After hours of searching and much enjoyment I give to you the Top 5 Holiday Beauty Must Haves!

Must Have #1: Jane Iredale’s Holiday Travel kit.  $67.50

This three product set includes D2O, a hydration spray that is wonderful for replenishing dehydrated skin caused by travel and winter temperatures.  It also includes a Magic Mitt which is an amazingly cool mitt that can remove your makeup without a cleanser.  Finally, it has a full size tube of lip drink with SPF 15.  This lip balm is a celebrity favorite and for good reason.  It isn’t too greasy but still helps relieve your lips from dry chapped conditions. 

Must Have #2: Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick for Body.  $115

This may not be the most price savvy must have, but it is on the top of every wish list.  The brush is so incredibly soft that you will want to shimmer your entire body just so you can feel its touch.  Bobbi makes high quality products and the color of the body shimmer block works with all skin tones.  It adds shimmer, not glitter, highlighting your skin giving it an unparalleled glow.  Plus, you will never run out of this stuff because Bobbi’s products last forever!  While not advertised, her face shimmer brick has been known to last for more than 2 years even with everyday use.  So while the price may not be great up front, this product will go on and on.

Must Have #3:  Bobbi Brown Anniversary Lip Palatte.  $60

Take Bobbi’s ten original lip shades and add ten new fun shades and you get Bobbi’s irreplaceable lip palatte.  It is great gift for anyone.  You can use a color as it is or mix the colors to create a custom shade.  This palatte allows you to be as creative as you want without having to buy and tote 20 different lipstick tubes.  One word…Fabulous!

Must Have #4:  Laura Mercier Limited Edition Luxe Colour Portfolio.  $98

One look at this palette and you be picking your jaw up off the floor.  Not only is it an amazing price, but the entire color selection is perfect.  Six luxurious eye shadows, three cake eyeliners, and two complementing blushes along with professional travel size brushes; you won’t find a better deal anywhere.

Must Have #5:  Laura Mercier Travel Brush Set.  $85

Another amazing holiday deal from Laura!  She took almost all of her professional brushes, made them double ended according to function, and put them in a chic faux snakeskin case perfect for travel.  What I think is the best part is the bristles themselves are the same size as the full size brush, so not only do you get a steal on a professional brush set, but you can take them anywhere with ease!
